Keeping safe During the outbreak

As the world grapples with this deadly virus it has hit small businesses like ours very hard.

COVID-19 is like glitter. No matter how hard you try to contain it, it gets EVERYWHERE. It has infected the young, old, healthy and infirmed. We understand that this shutdown was painful for all of us. Clean Paws Mobile has to do our part to protect you as well as ourselves. We may have to adapt our way of life temporarily to keep you and our stylists safe.

Here are some of the precautions that we have put into place once the mandate has been lifted:

If you or someone in your household is ill or has been exposed to the virus, please cancel or reschedule.

If you are an at-risk person or if you have an at-risk person in your home, please cancel or reschedule.

All transactions will be done by invoice while your pet is being serviced to avoid hand to hand contact.

We will not enter your home to retrieve your pet. Please bring your pet to the truck when we call you. For our safety, your pet will be bathed to prevent exposure to our stylist.

If you have to cancel your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to allow us the reschedule the time slot to another customer.

Comb your pet daily. The head, legs, tail underside, and back. If you must freshen them up, use unscented baby wipes to avoid matting.
